Journal Archiving Policy
Phase 1: Submission and Screening
Authors register on the submission platform and upload their manuscript. The
editorial assistant verifies compliance with formatting requirements, after which the
Editor-in-Chief reviews the submission to assess its relevance and suitability for peer
review.
Phase 2: Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts are forwarded to two independent reviewers under a double-
blind process. Reviewers typically have four weeks to submit their assessments. The
Editor considers the reviewer feedback to determine the manuscript’s next steps.
Phase 3: Revision and Reassessment
If revisions are requested, authors must address the reviewer comments and resubmit
the manuscript. The Editor evaluates the updated version to ensure all issues have
been resolved before acceptance.
Phase 4: Final Processing and Publication
Accepted manuscripts undergo copy editing, proofreading, and layout preparation.
Final proofs are created and reviewed by both authors and the Editor. Once approved,
the manuscript is published in the next available issue.
