Declaration of Interest
Authorship
All authors must confirm that they have contributed substantially to the research and manuscript preparation and have approved the final submission. They must also confirm that the manuscript is original, has not been published elsewhere (aside from abstracts or theses), and is not being reviewed by another journal. Institutional approval and co-author agreement are required. Once published, the work cannot be reproduced in its current form without written permission from the copyright owner.
Acknowledgments
Contributors who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged, including those who provided technical help or writing assistance.
Authorship Changes
The author list should be completed before submission. Any requested modifications before acceptance require editorial approval and written agreement from all authors, including anyone added or removed.
After acceptance, changes will only be approved under exceptional circumstances. If changes occur after publication, a correction notice will be issued.
Dispute Resolution
Any authorship disputes will be managed according to COPE standards, which may include communication with the involved institutions.
Declaration of Interest
A conflict of interest includes any relationship or situation that could potentially affect the neutrality of those involved in the publication process, even if not immediately apparent. Authors are required to disclose any relationships financial, professional, political, academic, or personal that could influence their work.
If no conflicts exist, authors should declare: “Declarations of interest: none.” This statement will appear alongside the article upon publication.
If conflicts are identified, a separate declaration form with detailed information must be submitted and will be maintained in the journal’s documentation.
