Erratum and Corrigendum
We want to make sure everything we publish is accurate and clear. If a mistake is found that doesn’t change the study’s main results but might mislead readers, we’ll publish a correction.

Types of Fixes

  • Erratum – A correction the journal makes (like fixing a wrong name or layout issue).
  • Corrigendum – A correction the authors ask for (like fixing a data label or missing funding info).

What We Can Fix

  • Errors in data tables or charts that don’t change the findings
  • Author names or affiliation errors
  • Missing conflict of interest or funding info
  • Small factual mistakes

How to Ask for a correction
Send a message to the Editor-in-Chief with a clear explanation of the mistake and how it should be corrected. Our team will then review the request and approve the request and make the correction.

How We Publish Corrections
Fixes will appear in the next issue of the journal as an “Erratum” or “Corrigendum.” We shall also  provide a link to the original article online.

Staying Transparent
All corrections will be clearly visible. The original article will stay online, with a note and link to the correction.
